 SHIPPING & HANDLING

Orders will be processed Monday thru Friday at 12:00 pm Mountain Standard Time (MST) and 10:00 am MST on Saturdays. Orders recieved later than 12:00 pm MST on weekdays and 10:00 am MST on Saturdays will be processed the following business day.

Standard shipping

Our standard shipping service is FedEx Ground (Business and Home Delivery)

Shipments to Canada

We will ship to Canada via FedEx International Ground or FedEx International Priority (your choice). Any taxes, duties and fees incurred will be the responsibility of you, the customer. (Packages will not be delivered by FedEx until these fees have been paid!)

Monogrammed Items

Aspen Luggage Company bags that have been monogrammed may be shipped using Fedex Ground, Express Saver (3rd Business Day Delivery), 2-Day Delivery, or Overnight Delivery. Be aware that the delivery time specified with each type of shipment is from the time your shipment leaves the monogram shop and not the time of purchase. Monogramming is usually completed within a week of puchase which translates into an approximate three week final delivery on ground shipments and two week final delivery on all other types of shipping. Monogrammed items are not returnable.

Freight shipments

Cargo Boxes and other items that are too big for FedEx will be shipped via Freight Carrier. Freight service will have a minimum charge of $75.00. Freight shipments only pertain to Mulholland Brothers furniture purchases.

Express delivery

In addition to FedEx Ground, we offer Overnight, 2nd Day FedEx delivery, and FedEx Express Saver (3rd Business Day delivery). Your order must be in by 12:00 p.m. (noon) Mountain Standard Time Monday thru Friday and 10:00 am on Saturdays in order to be processed that same day.

Live outside the US?

At this time, we currently ship anywhere in the United States. If you need International Service, including Canada, please contact us via e-mail or telephone and we will do our best to accommodate you.

PAYMENT INFO

We accept  amex icon , Cashiers Checks, and Money Orders. If paying by Cashiers Check or Money Order, please submit order with a note letting us know that you are sending payment. Also please include a copy of your order with your payment. Any order paid by personal check will not ship until your check has cleared. In that case, please be aware that your order may take up to 3 weeks before it will be shipped!

What is the V Code on my credit card? The V Code is the three-digit code on the back of your credit card, usually in the signature line. If there are more than three digits, it will be the LAST three digits present. We must have this code in order to process your credit card. We must also have an accurate billing address or the transaction will not be approved.

SALES TAX?USA

If you live in Colorado, applicable sales tax will be charged according to where the items will be shipped. Please refer to the following chart for rates:

If you live outside of Colorado, NO SALES TAX will be charged.

INTERNATIONAL SALES TAX

If you live outside the US, you, the customer will be responsible for all taxes, tariffs, and brokerage fees.

RETURN POLICY

Our number one priority is customer satisfaction! We will happily accept returns within 30 (thirty) days of purchase on unused items. Be aware that freight charges are not refundable and that monogrammed bags are not returnable.

Refunds
Refunds will be issued in the same method as the original payment? If you paid with credit card, your account will be credited for the amount of merchandise; if you paid with check, a refund check will be issued as soon as merchandise has been received by us.

Exchanges

At the Aspen Luggage Company we want you to be happy with your purchase and will be happy to exchange unused items for different products that may better suit your needs. If the new product is more or less expensive, a new charge or refund will be issued accordingly. Be aware that you will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with your exhange. In addition, please note that you are responsible for the condition of any products being returned or exchanged so please pack, insure, and ship accordingly.

ALL SALES FINAL on Sale Items!!! Items purchased as "specials" or at a discount are non refundable!

BACK ORDERS/OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

You will be contacted if any of the items you ordered are out of stock and will be given an approximate ship date. It will be totally up to you, as to whether you want to wait for the items or not. We are more than happy to place your items on backorder, and will not charge your credit card until your order ships.

ORDER CANCELLATION/ORDER CHANGE

Changed your mind? Our orders are processed at 12:00 MST on weekdays and 10:00am on Saturdays.  If your order has not already shipped that day we will be happy to, and able to easily change or cancel that order. If your order has already shipped that day, unfortunately we cannot stop the shipment, but, we hope that our customer friendly return and exchange policies will be helpful following delivery.

GIFT CERTIFICATES

Aspen Luggage Gift Certificates are an excellent gift for any occasion and at any time of year. It allows the recipient to choose the luggage and travel accessories that are best suited to their specific travel style. We offer Aspen Luggage Company gift certificates in $25, $50, $75, $100, $150, $200, and $500 amounts and will mail the certificate to you, or directly to the recipient, whichever you prefer. Gift Certificates expire 1 year from the purchase date.

PRIVACY POLICY

We respect your privacy! We will only use your email address for official communications with you from the Aspen Luggage Company and we will never reveal, sell, rent, lease, trade or give it away. Your personal information is safe and confidential with us.

Repairs

Please ship any repairs of our Aspen Luggage Company duffels and duffel products directly to our store at the above address. Please include a return address and contact phone number to be sure that we can get your bag back to you as soon as possible. If your repair is for a Briggs & Riley product please contact them directly at 866-462-7444 for customer service, shipping information, or the nearest repair facility. If your repair is for a Mulholland Brothers product, you may also contact customer service directly at 877-685-4655 for information and shipping instructions. Please contact us at any time with questions or feedback regarding any product ever purchased at Aspen Luggage.
 

Warranty Information

All Aspen Luggage Company products come with a  Lifetime Warranty on workmanhip, zippers, seams, and hardware. Every Briggs & Riley product comes with a "Simple as That" Lifetime Warranty. If your Briggs & Riley product is ever broken, even if it broken by the airlines, they will repair it free of charge. Every Mulholland Brothers piece is guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship. The Mulholland Brothers guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear of their leather goods, airline mishandling, or misuse or abuse of their products
